Lapidary cut, multi-layered Motor Agate (Fordite) cabochon set in sterling silver. The salvaged and re-purposed material set in this piece began as a hunk of cured auto paint overspray that was harvested from a major auto plant many years ago.

This one of a kind piece has a fantastic vintage oval Type 3 Motor Agate cabochon: Color on color layers.

This beautiful and vibrant multi-colored cab is cut flat-topped, with a high polish. It is set in a sleek custom sterling silver open-backed bezel, which has been given our mini-hammered finish with bead application details, and oxidation. 18" smooth sterling silver snake chain with lobster clasp is included.
